👉 Some VPS providers (such as OVH, Oracle, etc.) block all ports by default, including 80, 443, 34618. Therefore, after creating your VPS, you need to open these ports in the provider’s settings; otherwise, you won’t be able to access your website or the admin panel.

👉 VPSSIM currently supports RHEL (AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux …) versions 8/9/10. However, please note that CSF Firewall is not yet compatible with RHEL 10, so you should carefully consider your OS choice. VPSSIM.NET recommends using AlmaLinux 9 for the best stability and support.

👉 If you install VPSSIM on your VPS and encounter errors that persist even after multiple attempts, try switching to a different operating system. For example, on a Contabo VPS I repeatedly failed to install with AlmaLinux 9, but after switching to Rocky Linux 9, the installation succeeded immediately.

VPSSIM is All You Need.

No need to master the command line — with VPSSIM, you can manage your VPS like a pro. From securing your server, adding websites, and configuring SSL to performing backups — everything is simple through an intuitive, user-friendly menu interface. frequently asked questions

In reality, after installing VPSSIM on a VPS, most users interact only through VPSSIM itself and rarely pay attention to the underlying operating system. Since basic Linux commands are the same across all distros, the difference between Ubuntu and RHEL in this case is almost negligible.

What matters more is my absolute trust in the stability of the RHEL platform. My personal experience running Almalinux Desktop 9 (on a PC) continuously for months without a single crash gave me the confidence to focus on developing VPSSIM deeply for the RHEL ecosystem.

Instead of spreading resources to support many operating systems with limited effectiveness, I chose to concentrate on making VPSSIM run optimally, stably, and sustainably on RHEL. A truly powerful tool on a reliable platform is far better than just being able to “run” on many different distros.

VPSSIM supports RHEL-based operating systems version 8/9/10, such as: AlmaLinux 8/9/10, Rocky Linux 8/9/10, Oracle Linux 8/9/10, CentOS 9/10…

No, it cannot. VPSSIM must be installed on a fresh VPS without any other panel installed.
Yes, you can. Both VPSSIM Free and VPSSIM Pro start with the same server setup and optimization. You can still use VPSSIM normally without Pro, but the Free version allows a maximum of 2 websites and 2 databases.
